Three more agreements, with Colombia, Panama and South Korea, are in the que. “The [Bush] administration places a high priority — the highest priority — on the passage of each of these four trading agreements … in the months to come,” Reuben Jeffrey, the State Department’s undersecretary for economic, energy and agricultural affairs, said in an interview with The Wall Street Journal.
