Va. Senate: One Warner As Good As Another?

Mark Warner flirted with the idea of a presidential run in 2008 after his term as Virginia governor ended in 2005. But after dropping that plan last fall, he announced today that he will seek to replace Republican John Warner (no relation) in the Senate. Warner last month said he will not seek re-election.
