I don’t care if we get a republican, democrat, or independent as our next president. We’ve been betrayed morally, ethically, and fiscally by both of the “ruling parties”.

I will vote for a candidate that runs on accountability. Here are a few of the things I believe constitute an acceptable candidate.

Send William Jeffers to jail for being a dishonest scumbag. Do not reelect Nancy Pelose JUST because she posted him to a homeland security committe KNOWING he’s a dishonest scumbag.

Clarify and properly criminalize illegal immigration by holding everyone involved accountable from the employee to the employer to any law enforcement agent that ignores blatant illegal employment.

Pass term limitations for ALL elected public servants to get rid of those who use their longevity to garner influence no one should have.

Begin a system of national referendums to deal with issues of constitutionality. Let America decide what is good and right for Americans.

De-politicize that judicial branch of government. Justice should be about justice and not a partisan wrestling match.

Abolish the electoral college and count every vote for candidates chosen by and for each individual.

Give the president line item veto for legislation that includes clear and proveable unrelated spending authorizations.

Use the aforementioned referendums to settle line item veto challenges from congress when a reasonable number of congressman vote against them.

Eliminate “hate crimes”. A crime is a crime is a crime and everyone who commits a crime should be treated the same regardless of why they committed a particular crime. Equal justice under the law!

Decriminalize low impact drugs like Marijuana to empty our prisons of nonviolent offenders. Let personal morals determine what perceived public morality is dictating now. Alcohol attacks every organ in the body and drinkers kill maim molest and steal more than any other demographic group. Tobacco kills tens of thousands of people every year yet we continue to focus our “war on drugs” on things like Marijuana SOLELY based on moral arguments that should not be decided by politicians.

America needs to take back the freedoms we let our parents give away. Get the government out of the bedroom.

Keep the government out of our everyday lives beyond the protect and serve motto of our law enforcement personnel. End the injustice of crimes that are not crimes and punish the real criminals.
