Overhauling Social Security, Income Taxes

Sen. Robert Bennett, R-Utah, discussed ideas for overhauling both Social Security and the income-tax system in a podcast with the Tax Foundation.
“We’re dealing with a system that was designed 70 years ago, with a set of demographic circumstances that were completely unforeseen,” Bennett said. “That’s the framework in which this debate has to take place.”
