The Supreme Court’s recent April 2 ruling against the Bush administration’s policy on global warming means one thing, according to Cato Institute environmental expert Patrick Michaels: “[W]e can look forward down the road to some emissions regulations on [carbon dioxide] being issued by the Environmental Protection Agency.”
